DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We work to try to get your wall art out to you as soon as possible, but due to the bespoke nature of it, it can take up to 14 working days to get ready (perfection takes time!)
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for delivery. Once the wall art has been posted you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If in the unfortunate circumstance of work arriving damaged, please take a photograph of the work and packaging and email or call 07929862306 stating your unique purchase order number in the email subject. We will arrange a redelivery of the work.
To return undamaged products which are not bespoke, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
For bespoke pieces we will try to accommodate refunds/cancellations but if your product is personalised and has already been made, we cannot provide a refund (unless we have made a mistake).
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.
